Abstract
In this article a structural equation model is proposed to explain the motivation to implement Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) measures in Spanish technology companies, and how it influences the competitiveness of these companies. The analysis of CSR in technology companies is in an initial state, as shown by the literature analyzed.
