Abstract
This study aimed to compare the degree of exercise addiction (EA), muscle dysmorphia and signs of orthorexia behavior according to the modality, age, practice time and weekly training frequency. It was a cross-sectional study with 159 runners, bodybuilding and crossfit amateur athletes of both sexes, aged over 18 years and with at least 3 months of practice in the modality. The following instruments were used: scale of dedication to the exercise, questionnaire of the Adonis complex and questionnaire of orthorexia.
