Abstract

Polyarteritis nodosa (PAN) presents mostly as a systemic disease characterized by necrotizing vasculitis affecting small- and medium-sized arteries. Rarely, the inflammatory process is isolated and involves a single organ without systemic manifestations. We described the case of a 57-year-old patient with isolated testicular PAN who presented with a testicular mass mimicking a primary testicular tumor. ©2010 with author.
