Abstract
THE DEFORMATION STRUCTURE OF SINGLE CRYSTALS ROLLED AT ROOMAND LIQUID NITROGEN TEMPERATURES WAS OBSERVED BY TRANSMISSION ELECTRON MICROSCOPY AND SHEAR BAND NUCLEATION WAS EXAMINED. THE NUCLEATION OF SHEAR BANDS IS CORRELATED WITH DEFORMATION BEHAVIOR OF THE LAMINATED STRUCTURE DEVELOPED ALONG AN ACTIVE SLIP PLANES.
