Abstract
The present study analyses the perception of business management university students in relation to the application of the learning and service methodology in virtual modality within the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. Two instruments are applied to collect perceptions, both online. The first is during the process (open-ended questionnaire) and the second is at the end of the process (Likert scale survey). The results of the quantitative analysis show high valuation by students of the learning and service methodology. The qualitative analysis show that students acknowledge developing generic competencies such as teamwork, social responsibility, and respect for people's dignity. It is concluded that the essential characteristics of the learning and service methodology in experiential learning are highlighted and valued by students.
