Abstract
The hypothesis in this study were there is an effect of work motivation on the performance of elementary school teachers at Cempaka sub-district of OKU Timur district, there is an effect of compensation on the performance of elementary school teachers at Cempaka sub-district of OKU Timur district, and there is an influence of work motivation and compensation together on the performance of elementary school teachers at Cempaka sub-district of OKU Timur district. The researcher collects the data by using observation, interviews and questionnaires. The analysis is used the correlation analysis of the t test and the F test. The results of the data analysis are there is an effect of work motivation on the performance of public elementary school teachers at Cempaka sub-district of OKU Timur district, there is an effect of compensation on the performance of public elementary school teachers at Cempaka sub-district of OKU Timur district, and there is an effect of Work Motivation and Compensation together on the performance of Public Elementary School teachers in at Cempaka sub-district of OKU Timur district.
