Abstract
This research was conducted with to determine the effect of religiosity, profit sharing, services, facilities, and products on customer behavior in choosing Islamic banks in Mandailing Natal district. The data processed in this study was primary data obtained through questionnaires to customers PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri branch Panyabungan, PT. Bank Sumut Syariah branch Panyabungan, and PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Kcp. Panyabungan. Research samples were 150 people. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression that the equations PN=10.199 + 0.059 Rel + 0.241 BH +0.209 Pel + 0.112 Fas + 0.297 Prod +2.885. Religiosity, profit sharing, quality of services, facilities and products have contributed 31.3% to customer behavior while the remaining 68.7% was contributed by other factors outside this research. Variables that significantly affect customer behavior in choosing Islamic banks in Mandailing Natal district consist of; profit sharing, service, product. These three variables are stated to have significant influence because t-count> t-table and significance> 10%. Simultaneously all independent variables have a significant effect to customer behavior in choosing Islamic banks in Mandailing Natal, because the F count > F table (13.12> 1.89) and significance <10% (0.00 <0.10).
