Abstract
Chromatography covers the separation techniques that involve the repeated distribution or partitioning of the analytes between two different phases, one stationary and another mobile. No other method is as powerful and widely applicable as chromatography. It has recently become the most frequently used analytical method for the separation, identification, and determination of chemical components in various sample matrixes.
