Abstract
The self-transcending economic activity has led to the conflict between man and nature and shrink man, animal and plant habitats. As a result of globalization two opposite processes is taking place. The intensity of the two-way process indicates natural disasters, an increase of threatens ecosystem and biodiversity, which means human is pushing the limit. The risk of ecological footprint increases the threatened of area of bioproducts. Water and fertile arable land are essential for life, while the global biosphere maintainers are forests. According to assumptions, the restriction of human activity and smart management of the facilities are able to maintain the balance of the ecosystem, the ecological footprint of humanity may not grow in excess of time. Important condition for the normal functioning of the ecosystem is a moderate energy and raw material consumption. One of the global issues in terms of the future prospects is uncertainty about the most favorable scarcity of alternatives. Understanding the phenomena occuring worldwide and partial should be outlined "the Globalization Paradigm". Events in the past follow a later and later global processes, influenced by the global economic hierarchy. From the economic point of view, would be expected, that EU establishment as a result of globalization ease the impact of the global economic crisis in the countries in Central and Eastern European Region, including Hungary. Looking at the situation in Hungary, the center - pheriphery relations can be analyzed in a specific way. The economic situation of Hungary was a state of emergency after the transition. On one hand grip of the global financial crisis, on the other hand the lack of mutual understanding and continuity of the rapidly changing governments' proposals for the different ideas of the economical developments. The effects of this can be measured by severe economic and social effects, because the base of national economy was built on the present of the multinational companies. Considering our country's economic situation they considered us as a consumption country. Hungary due to its geopolitical situation belongs to the German and the Russian sphere of influence. Looking for a solution in the glocal space in the light of resume and preservation of national values and endowments.
