Abstract

The combination of in situ high resolution diffraction experiments with synchrotron radiation and mechanical and diffraction modelling is used to investigate the microstructure and mechanical state of single crystal superalloys during high temperature tests: a very high temperature annealing without external load and a creep test. © 2014 Owned by the authors, published by EDP Sciences.
