Abstract

Analysis of library usage data has become increasingly important in recent years, but how do we count and account for non users? This paper will look at how, through the analysis of eresource usage, book loans and gate entry figures, the University of Huddersfield has identified groups exhibiting low/non usage behaviour. The results have then been linked to student attainment.
