Abstract

Kidney diseases have scarce signs and symptoms and it is very difficult to determine CKD without sufficient caution and urinalysis. If proteinuria or microalbuminuria is detected, renoprotective drugs, such as ACEI and ARB must be used. The targets of treatment for CKD are proteinuria and hypertension. Early detection of CKD, like proteinuria, is important to prevent ESRD.
