Abstract

Abstrak      Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan dan pelatihan (Diklat) Penunjang terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PT PLN (Persero) Distribusi Jakarta Raya dan Tangerang dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 59 pegawai. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan instrumen penelitian berupa angket atau kuesioner dengan rumusan hipotesis asosiatif. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis korelasi produk momen, uji t, regresi sederhana dengan perhitungan menggunakan program komputer IBM SPSS Statistic 21. Berdasarkan hasil analisis korelasi sederhana didapatkan yakni 0,178 yang berarti terjadi hubungan yang sedang dengan hubungan yang positif karena nilai R positif. Hasil indeks determinasi, persentase pengaruh pendidikan dan pelatihan (Diklat) penunjang terhadap kinerja pergawai sebesar 3,18% yang menunjukkan adanya hubungan. Kata kunci: Pendidikan dan Pelatihan (Diklat), Kinerja Pegawai, Kuantitatif, Korelasi, Regresi Abstract This research aims to understand the effect of education dan job trainig supporting on the employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) Distribution Jakarta and Tangerang with the number of respondents as many as 59 employees. The kind of research this is research quantitative by using research instruments of chief or questionnaire with associative hypothesis formulation. Data analyzed techniques using product moment correlation analysis, t test and simple regression with calculation program using IBM SPSS Statistic 21. Based on the result of the analysis simple correlation obtained namely 0,178 which means happened relationships and relationship that are positive because the value of R positive. The results of index determination, the percentage influence the education and job training for performance of employees of 3,18% which means show the connetion.  Keywords: Education and Job Training, Employees Permformance, Quantitative, Correlation, Regression
