Abstract
We presented imaging findings of two cases of dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans (DFSP). The tumors demonstrated well-defined, protuberant nodular or lobular masses involving the subcutaneous tissue and skin. Color Doppler sonography showed low echoic or inhomogenous masses with profuse blood flow. On MRI, both tumors showed uniform enhancement on post-contrast T1-weight images. On dynamic MRI that was performed in one case, early and prolonged enhancement of the tumor was observed. We speculated that this finding might be one of the characteristic imaging findings of DFSP.
