The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the physical work environment and non- financial compensation on the performance of production employees. The hypothesis in this study is that there is an effect of the physical work environment and non-financial compensation either partially or simultaneously on the performance of employees in the production department. The sample used in this study amounted to 65 people. Methods of data collection using library research and field studies. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS statistical tool version 25.0 for the calculation of the multiple linear regression model. The results of hypothesis testing the effect of the physical work environment on performance partially show that the physical work environment has a positive and very small effect on performance with a contribution of 0.4%. Non- financial compensation has a positive effect on performance with a contribution of 27.6%. Simultaneous hypothesis testing shows that the physical work environment and non- financial compensation together have a positive effect on performance with a contribution of 27.8%, while the remaining 72.2% is a variation of other variables not examined.
