Objeto de Estudo da Educação Física: as concepções materialistas e idealistas na produção do conhecimento

Abstract

The aim of this paper is to conduct a discussion about the object of study of physicaleducation (PE). This issue has been addressed within frameworks scientific, philosophicaland political differ greatly from each other. Through historical and dialectical materialistperspective, we defend the bodily culture as an object of study of EF as opposed toidealistic outlook systematized the perspectives of human movement and the cultureof bodily movement. For this project, we do a debate with authors from meaningfulexpression and contributed to the elaboration of this theme in their productions.
