Abstract

In worldwide, out of numerous methods of casualties, the Road accidents are identified as a vital role cause several injuries and loss of human life. Before modernize any existing roads, it is much important to analyse the number of accidents occurred in that road with the valid reason. Most of the road accidents are identified usually in urban areas because of its dense population. On every day, the count of vehicles gets increases due to the life style of peoples. The responsible organizations of road have implemented the several plans to mitigate the occurrence of accident, however the rate of accidents are still not able to control. In other hand, there was a big challenge facing while identify the reason of accidents. So many existing methods are available to predict and analyse the cause of road accidents. But still, we will not get probable solution for those accidents due to poor practice and unskilled knowledge. Hence, it is the time to implement the Computer machine learning algorithm in the field of road accident research. While implementing algorithm and its technology, it becomes easy to predict and analyse the causes of road accidents occur in particular place as frequently. For this Study, The Python, program was used and the accident inputs are given in the form of machine language pattern, was help to create the prediction models as accurately to form the series of clusters. Using those cluster output, the possible mitigation measures have been arrived to prevent the causes of road accident with low budget resources.
