Abstract

Two isoflavone glycosides, biochanin A 7-O-[β-D-apiofuranosyl-(1 → 5)-β-D-apiofuranosyl-(1 → 6)-β-D-glucopyranoside] and tectorigenin 7-O-[β-D-apiofuranosyl-(1 → 6)-β-D-glucopyranoside], were isolated from Dalbergia sissoo. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral and chemical evidence. © 2001 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
