Abstract
Temperature‐controlled nanoelectrospray ionization explores the thermodynamics of hybrid quadruplex–duplex oligonucleotide assemblies comprised of multiple domains and brings insight into mutual domain interaction. As described by Renato Zenobi and co‐workers in their Research Article (DOI: 10.1002/anie.202016757), thermal denaturation experiments were conducted to reveal unfolding intermediates and changes in thermodynamics DNA complexes depending on the number of domains and their position in a single MS experiment.
