The purpose of this study was to find out how much influence reward and punishment have on student discipline, especially at MIS As-Syarifiyah Jatake Tangerang. This research uses quantitative methods, with double linear regression analysis, the study was conducted at MIS As-Syarifiyah, as for sampling techniques with random sampling. The analytical tests carried out include validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests through t tests and f tests as well as coefficient of determination tests. The results of this study show that the variables X1Â and X2 simultaneously affect student discipline, judging from the results of the f test (50.606 > 3.241) which showed that f count was greater than f table, then Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted and proven to be correct. Furthermore, the results of the t test to prove X1 and X2 have a partial effect on student discipline, and show the results of X1 with 4,735 > 2,026 and X2 with 3,803 > 2,026, then punishment affects discipline. The adjustend R square number of 0.732 shows 73.2%, which means that X1 and X2 have an effect on the discipline of students at MIS As-Syarifiyah, the remaining 26.8% is explained by other variables.
