Abstract
The study scrutinises the influence of training (process, content and task analysis training) on employee performance (job satisfaction and task efficiency) in the telecommunication firms in Rivers state. A cross sectional research design was used to capture multiple data at a point in time. Spearman rank correlation was used in the analysis. The findings reveal a significant relationship between training and employee job performance.
