Abstract

Optically active prenylamine was synthesized from natural (—)-norephedrine, through the aziridine derivatives. The absolute configuration of (+)-prenylamine was confirmed to have (S)-configuration by the synthesis. Further, the pharmacological activity was examined. © 1976, The Pharmaceutical Society of Japan. All rights reserved.
