Synthesis of optically Active Prenylamine from (—)-Norephedrine

Abstract

Optically active prenylamine was synthesized from natural (—)-norephedrine, through the aziridine derivatives. The absolute configuration of (+)-prenylamine was confirmed to have (S)-configuration by the synthesis.
