Abstract

Diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL) is a heterogeneous disease and response to therapy is difficult to predict. An algorithm to sort DLBCL cases using a series of five immunohistochemical markers (GCET1, CD10, BCL6, MUM1, FOXP1) accurately predicts survival in patients treated with current chemotherapeutic regimens. © 2009 American Association for Cancer Research.
