The development of small and medium-sized businesses, as the basis for a balanced development of agriculture in Russia

Abstract

The article of the current state of small and medium-sized enterprises in the Russian Federation is discussed. Particular attention is paid the problems solving of small and medium-sized businesses in rural areas. The main reasons that impede the innovative development of small and medium-sized businesses in rural areas are determined. The proposals to improve the efficiency of small and medium-sized businesses in the Russian Federation are presented.
