Proceedings of the 5th International Scientific Meeting - Days of veterinary medicine 2014 Ohrid, Macedonia, (September 5-7, 2014)

Abstract

This issue includes the scientific program and abstracts of presented papers of the 5th International Scientific Meeting "Days of Veterinary Medicine 2014", held in Ohrid, Macedonia, 5-7 September 2014. The issue comprises 135 scientific abstracts from authors of 18 countries selected by the International Scientific Committee of the conference, from which 35 have been selected for oral communications, 88 as posters and 12 for student oral presentations. The oral presentations, as well as the poster presentations, are categorized in three scientific sessions and two poster sessions respectively, enriched with three workshops namely, Session I (Basic Sciences, Animal Health, Internal Medicine, Clinical Sciences), and Session II (Food Safety and Veterinary Public Health), the three workshops includes: Workshop I (Diagnostic Investigations in Companion Animals), Workshop II (Echocardiography in Small Animals), and Workshop III (Animal Reproduction, Animal Welfare and Herd Health Management).
