Abstract
Modern society faced the global pandemic problem. But besides the direct fight against the virus consisting in the quarantine regime application and in the health system improvement, rational population informing methods are also needed to counter panic. The article is devoted to development the automation system of informing the metropolis population about the current epidemic situation. During the design process special attention was paid to information security aspects. The personal data protection mechanism is presented in the article.
