Abstract

The present case report describes a therapeutic dilemma regarding the transmission of Mycobacterium tuberculosis during transplantation of solid organs, places this phenomenon within the context of the literature, and makes recommendations for screening and therapy. ©2005 Pulsus Group Inc.
