Abstract

The creation of a new scientific Journal requires careful consideration and a number of solid reasons. Excess of printed information is already a problem and the need for a journal which covers the overlapping areas of Technology and Health Care, respectively, is not a priori obvious, although such a journal cannot readily be found to date. © 1993 Elsevier Science Publishers B.V.
