Abstract

El autor realiza un análisis crítico de la regulación del delito de maltrato animal en el Anteproyecto de Código Penal de Chile del año 2018, a la luz del estado actual de dicho delito tras las reformas introducidas por la Ley N° 21.020 en 2017.
