PENGEMBANGAN SYSTEM VIDEO GALLERY HASIL LIPUTAN UPT MPR MENGGUNAKAN METODE SDLC

Abstract

The development of computers, especially internet networks and multimedia technology can be used as a medium for the dissemination of various information that is very fast, information packaged in the form of audiovisual can be disseminated through technology at the intent. In this study, the authors designed a web-based Video Gallery Application Website Coverage Results, which will be able to be used as a promotional medium especially the National University. This research was conducted through stages of research which were divided into 5 stages, namely: 1) Needs analysis and data collection, 2) System design includes process design (UML), architectural design, database design, interface design, 3) Application / program design, 4) Implementation and testing of systems, as well as analysis of test results, 5) Writing of research report. The system development method used in this study is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method. Video gallery application can help marketing and public relations units in conveying various information and various activities in the form of videos that have been uploaded on various video sharing applications such as Youtube, vimoe, facebook, dailymotion or from various URLs. Besides embeded from several video share applications, this video gallery application can be used to upload videos directly but the capacity and type of video files are limited.
