Periareolar mastopexy: Double skin technique with mesh support

Abstract

In the author's view, the double-skin technique for reduction mammaplasty and mastopexy, incorporating mesh as support, results in improved anterior projection and reduces scars without increasing morbidity or interfering with mammography. Here, he describes his operative technique.
