Abstract
The purpose of this study are (1) Identifying the role of PAI teachers, homeroom teachers and counselors of BK in fostering students' religious behavior in SMP Darul Hikam in Bandung. (2) Identify the impact of the role of the PAI teacher, homeroom teacher and counselors of BK in fostering religious behavior towards the students' morals. (3) Identifying supporting factors and inhibiting factors of PAI teachers, homeroom teachers and counselors of BK in fostering students' religious behavior. This study uses a qualitative approach using descriptive methods. This research was conducted by explaining or analyzing data obtained from SMP Darul Hikam in Bandung. The data collection technique uses interviews, observations, and documents. The results of this study indicate that (1) In fostering religious behavior students PAI teachers have an important role as educators and evaluators, homerooms have an important role as parents and evaluators, and counselors have an important role as counselors and evaluators. (2) The impact of the role of PAI teachers, homeroom teachers, and counselors as educators, parents, counselors, and evaluators has a good (positive) impact on the morals of students in SMP Darul Hikam in Bandung. (3) a. Supporting factors: determination and enthusiasm of teachers, clear standard operating procedures (SOP), creation of an Islamic environment. b. Inhibiting factors: psychological students and parents who are less cooperative.
