Abstract

Self-regulated learning is one of the important factors in learning to control oneself in thinking and acting. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of self-regulated learning on students' mathematics learning outcomes. This research method is descriptive and quantitative with correlational and exposed facto types. The research sample consisted of students in grades VII and VIII at one of the public junior high schools in Serang City with details of 20 students in class VII and 20 students in class VIII. The instrument used is in the form of a non-test containing positive and negative items. The data analysis technique was carried out by inferential analysis using SPSS 25.00 software. The results showed that there was no effect of self-regulated learning or independent learning on students' mathematics learning outcomes.
