A questão da "Internacional Fascista" no mundo das relações internacionais: a extrema direita entre solidariedade ideológica e rivalidade nacionalista

Abstract

O objetivo do presente artigo é discutir a tensão entre a disputa nacionalista/solidariedade ideológica no relacionamento entre Estados e movimentos fascistas no período entre as duas guerras mundiais e como essa polaridade afetou as relações internacionais naquele período. A questão da chamada "Internacional fascista" (organização criada pelo fascismo italiano para articular e coordenar a relação inter-fascismos) é especialmente enfocada, por indicar exemplarmente os paradoxos dessa polaridade e seus efeitos no sistema internacional.The tension between the nationalist dispute and ideological solidarity in the relationship between Fascist governments and movements in the period between the two world wars is the focus of this article. The effects of this polarity on international relations during the same period are investigated too. The article gives a special emphasis to the problem of the so-called "Fascist International" (an organization established by Italian fascism to coordinate and manage inter-fascist relationship), since it pinpoints model contradictions of this polarity and its effects on the international scene.
