Abstract

The author reflects on issues related to gerontological nursing. Topics discussed include the author's mentorship under Ann McCracken, Evelyn Fitzwater and Gregg Warshaw, memberships to several groups such as the American Geriatrics Society (AGS) Delirium Guidelines Panel, and new partnership with the Journal of Gerontological Nursing (JGN). Also mentioned is the author's impression with the AGS.
