Abstract

The Internet is one of the fundamental facilities for daily life. Every person access information and knowledge extensively over the Internet. However, it is difficult for blind people, even with any service given through the internet, to access these text materials. Advances in accessible computer-based systems have opened numerous roads around the world for visually disabled people. The screen readers are allowed blind people to navigate Internet application tremendously, based on audio input, such as virtual surroundings. Although, in various countries a large section of visually impaired persons could not benefit much from such systems, particularly in the Indian sub-continent. This is primarily because the technological gap in Indian compared to other common languages around the world is needed. This paper is intended to create a request to include the files via voicemail, using speech recognition. The cognitive load of blind characters to recall and type with a keyboard reduces when all operations are overactive. The objective of this paper is to create email architecture to help naïve persons with visual impairment access communications services with ease and effectiveness without prior experience. We present the design of the Voicemail system that the Blind individual could quickly and efficiently use emails. To create a voice-based email system, which facilitates easy access to email by visually impaired persons? In addition to the simple and effective use of mail facilities, the device additionally reduces the psychological functionality that blind people need unmistakably to recollect and order characters using the standard Braille keyboard which is functional. This method's graphical user interface was evaluated against the historically functional e-mail system interface. This technique could help not only blind people but also illiterate individuals. The most important element to improve this technology is that the users of this method have no fundamental understanding about both the keyboards shortcut and where they use the keys. All functions for this technique must be simple to use by clicking the mouse to create a user-friendly device. This model contains an android application, specially developed for people with visual impairment. This app provides predominantly voice-based mailing services that enable you without any instructions to browse and sends mail. Users could utilize specific keyword, for example mail, read, send, address book etc. to perform certain acts. This E-MAIL system could be utilized conveniently and efficiently by a blind individual for access to mails. Therefore, dependence on others for their own mail-related activities is also reduced.
