Abstract
土木学会応用力学委員会では，学術団体による社会貢献の取り組みとして，ウィキペディアを通じて土木工学や応用力学に関する専門知識・情報を体系的に社会に発信・還元することを目的に「応用力学ウィキペディアプロジェクト」を進めている。本稿ではこの「応用力学ウィキペディアプロジェクト」の活動を紹介する。また，学術団体による活動である当プロジェクトが情報発信のプラットフォームとしてウィキペディアを用いることの意義，利点，課題についても議論する。
