Abstract
This article sets up an analysis of the reception of Lefebvrian thought in the Anglo-Saxon and European context, during the last two decades in relation to both the current systemic crisis of neoliberalism and the concept of postmodern Nomocracy. This proposal is inserted into the new Marxist boom, so long as it tries to rescue some categories of Lefebvrian thought and challenge some ideological and ethical foundations of academic practice so as to begin a reflection that allows us to the Third World, to pose an Utopian and scientific proposal for the supersession of the currently-in-decline capitalism.
