Abstract

Organizational culture plays a pivotal role in shaping the operational dynamics, employee engagement, and overall success of institutions in the higher education sector. This paper investigates the critical factors influencing organizational culture within higher education institutions (HEIs), examining their impact on faculty performance, student outcomes, and institutional effectiveness. Key factors such as leadership styles, communication practices, institutional values, and opportunities for professional development are analyzed to understand their role in fostering a productive and collaborative environment.
