Abstract

Parkinson's disease (PD) is a neurodegenerative movement disorder distinguished by resting tremor, bradykinesia, rigidity, postural instability and gait disturbances. Non-motor symptoms including dysfunction of the autonomic nervous system, neuropsychiatric changes, sensory and sleep disturbances are also common.
