Abstract

The article focuses on the representations of war experiences in the books "Slaughterhouse-Five" and "The Sirens of Titan," by Kurt Vonnegut. The author examines how Vonnegut used fictionalization and humor to express his own war experiences, argues that both books represent allegories of World War II, and discusses underlying themes of anti-war sentiments.
