EDUCAÇÃO PÚBLICA, O FAZER DOCENTE E OS IMPACTOS DA PANDEMIA NO PANTANAL DE AQUIDAUANA

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has triggered direct impacts on physical and mental health, social relationship of the education professionals, since it was incorporated in their daily routine a variability of strategies and actions in the teaching and learning process. In the face of challenges in which remote teaching (e-learning) is incorporated into the school institutions reality, we present the main results of the research Teaching Work in Times of Pandemic in the Pantanal of Aquidauana, Mato Grosso do Sul State. This paper is about the remote teaching, the inefficient infrastructure of the schools and the fragility of students' digital access connectivity, which, added to the working conditions of teachers and students, have revealed in the local public basic education, psychosocial impacts. From the qualitative-quantitative and descriptive research, it was collected and analyzed, confirmed cases and deaths by COVID-19, at the local level and its impact on the teaching profession. The results point out that the material limits to teachers' work and the vulnerability of the social actors involved in the process, reveals a fragile educational system that seeks to respond efficiently to an emergency situation by disguising effective resultsA pandemia da COVID-19 tem desencadeado impactos diretos na saúde física, mental e relações sociais dos profissionais da educação, uma vez que foram incorporados no seu cotidiano uma variabilidade de estratégias e ações no processo de ensino e aprendizagem. Face aos desafios em que o ensino remoto foi incorporado na realidade das instituições escolares, apresentamos os principais resultados da pesquisa Trabalho Docente em Tempos de Pandemia no Pantanal de Aquidauana-MS. Este estudo versa sobre o contexto do ensino remoto, a ineficácia de infraestrutura das escolas e a fragilidade da conectividade de acesso digital dos estudantes, que somado às condições de trabalho docente e discente têm revelado na educação básica pública local, impactos psicossociais. A partir da pesquisa quali-quantitativa e descritiva, foram levantados e analisados, casos confirmados e óbitos da COVID-19, em âmbito local e seu impacto na categoria docente. Os resultados apontam que os limites materiais ao trabalho docente e a vulnerabilidade dos atores sociais envolvidos no processo, desvenda um sistema de ensino frágil que busca responder com eficiência uma situação emergencial dissimulando resultados efetivos.
