Abstract

The purpose of this research was to investigate the impact of strategic management techniques on employee performance via the mediation of empow-erment. Incorporated in strategic management were techniques like (Internal Analysis, Strategic Leadership, Strategic Planning, Strategic Change Management and Strategic Learning). Only (287) members of Amman Chamber of Industry-registered companies in engineering, electrical and information technology sectors replied to the online questionnaire, based on a quantitative methodology and using a questionnaire. There was a strong correlation between the development of employees' performance and empowerment, according to the findings of the study. This empowerment works its way into al-lowing workers to take more responsibility for their own decisions, run these decisions into the benefit of the organization and ensure the organization's overall goals are met. According to a recent study, it is necessary to change typical management mindsets that are built on authority in order to produce great results. In the research, there were other recommendations.
