Abstract

Dowling-Degos disease is a rare genodermatosis, which presents reticular hyperpigmentation in folds, the development is chronic and progressive and can be disfiguring. We communicate the case of a33-year-old female patient with typical clinical and histopathological manifestations. Topic treatment with tazarotene cream 0.1% isuseful, safe, well tolerated and accessible.
