Complete Genome Sequence of Lactobacillus johnsonii Strain Byun-jo-01, Isolated from the Murine Gastrointestinal Tract

Abstract

We report here the complete genome sequence of Lactobacillus johnsonii strain Byun-jo-01, which was isolated from the murine gastrointestinal tract. The genome was determined using both PacBio and Illumina sequencing.
