Abstract

Highlights Nanomaterials of different dimensions for flexible sensors are briefly reviewed. Trigger mechanisms for the interaction of flexible nanomaterial sensors with virtual reality are summarized. Machine learning-assisted flexible sensors are extensively used in the virtual reality/metaverse. Flexible sensors hold great promise for future applications in metaverse technology.
