Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to present an overview of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and combustion simulation applications to automotive power train development, and the methodologies we developed at PSA to integrate numerical simulation into the development process. We illustrate these methodologies with some applications concerning the development of PSA HDI engines.
