Data collection techniques use the test method of critical thinking skills of students who have previously tested the validity, reliability, level of difficulty and distinguishing power. Testing the prerequisites of the normality test analysis and homogeneity test. Technique of analyzing t-test data using polled variance. The results of data analysis with a significant t-test of 5% (0.05) showed a value of t count, which was 3.314 and t_tabel of 2.0021 where the results showed that t count = 3.314> t_table = 2.0021. It was concluded that the significant influence of the discovery learning model on students' critical thinking skills in class V science subjects in SDN 19 Rabangodu Utara academic year 2020/2021.
