Research on Grassland Ecological Environment Management Based on Symbiosis Theory - - Take 33 Pure Animal Husbandry Banner Counties in Inner Mongolia as an Example

Abstract

Based on the analysis of the grassland ecological environment governance of the symbiotic three elements, namely symbiotic environment, symbiotic unit, symbiotic model. At the same time, it identifies the problems of the co-governance subjects in grassland ecological governance. Furthermore, it is proposed that the governance of grassland ecological environment requires the government, non-profit organizations, grassland ecological governance enterprises and herders to effectively realize grassland ecological environment governance based on mutual cooperation and complementary advantages under the guidance of symbiosis theory, and then promote the sound development of the grassland ecological environment.
