Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to clearly point out commonly agreed definitions of the terms Ergonomics, Usability, Accessibility and Safety, their relations to each other, overlaps and differences and their influence on the design of products and services. © Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg 2007.
